Step-by-Step Entrance Guide
Securing your admission at Renukai GNM Nursing School is a structured and highly transparent process. Admissions are conducted strictly once a year based on merit, regulatory compliance, and state norms.
- Step 1: Submission of Inquiry / Application Form: Aspiring candidates can fill out our Online Admission Inquiry Form or collect the official institutional brochure and application form directly from our Kinwat campus desk.
- Step 2: Document Verification & Screening: The admission committee reviews academic credentials to ensure compliance with minimum marks and age requirements.
- Step 3: Medical Examination: Candidates undergo a mandatory medical evaluation to secure an official medical fitness certificate.
- Step 4: Merit List Publication & Fee Payment: Shortlisted candidates receive an official seat allotment notification. Admission is finalized upon the validation of original documents and payment of the academic term fees.
Mandatory Documents Checklist for Verification
Candidates must submit the original copies along with three self-attested sets of the following documents during admission:
- Class 10th (SSC) Passing Certificate & Marksheet
- Class 12th (HSC) Passing Certificate & Marksheet
- School Leaving Certificate (LC) / Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Domicile & Nationality Certificate
- Caste Certificate & Caste Validity Certificate (If applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (For eligible OBC/VJNT/SBC categories)
- Government Issued Medical Fitness Certificate

Available Financial Support Schemes
Eligible students can claim full tuition fee reimbursements, exam fee waivers, and maintenance allowances by applying through the official state portals:
- 1. Maha-DBT Scholarship Framework: Full or partial institutional fee reimbursement programs for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, VJNT, SBC, and EBC (Economically Backward Class) categories.
- 2. Swayam Yojana (For ST Students): A specialized state-sponsored welfare scheme providing dedicated residential, hostel, and educational financial support directly to Scheduled Tribe (ST) students coming from tribal pockets like Kinwat, Mahur, and Himayatnagar.
